Barbara was a painter and businesswoman who lived most of her life in Minneapolis, MN. "She had an exciting childhood with a father who was a pioneer in both aviation and radio, the latter which often led to regular jam sessions featuring local & touring jazz musicians at her Milwaukee and Minneapolis childhood homes. Her father's aviation career led to Amelia Earhart as a surprise dinner guest of honor at their home when Barb was 7." She was one of the original dealers at beloved Twin Cities antique shop, Loft Antiques.
